David Pope’s Joshkeeper is not only aesthetically beautiful, but also packed with layers of insight and jokes. His wild-eyed depiction of the then treasurer gives an air of desperation to the billboards mounted around Kooyong imploring voters to ‘Keep Josh’. Meanwhile, Pope deftly suggests that all the signs point to a change.
