Economist Philip Lowe was RBA Governor from September 2016 to September 2023. In the final year of his term, he faced criticism for being out of touch with ordinary people.

JUDGE’S COMMENT
This is such an original take on the ‘propaganda poster’ style! It’s like Alfred Leete’s ‘Your Country Needs You’ mixed with Martin Sharp’s ‘Disraeli Gears’ [album cover]. Nordacious’s Marie Antoinette/ Philip Lowe makes me laugh and shudder at the same time.
