As a curator, I found Matt Golding’s use of breakfast foods to craft analogies delightful. In 2020 he set up a coronavirus and a jar of vegemite as drinking buddies and in 2021 he found a great use for a butter substitute topped off with a cutting takedown of the leader of the Opposition.
